This Affiliate Agreement, along with Empowering The Masses LLC’s Terms of Service (incorporated by reference), governs your participation in the Financial Education and Empowerment Membership Program’s Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to the terms of this binding legal agreement.

Commission Structure

Affiliates will receive the following flat-rate commissions for successful referrals to membership levels:

• Premium 1 Membership

  • Down Payment: $249

  • Monthly Fee: $149

  • Commission: $100 per successful referral

• Premium 2 Membership

  • Down Payment: $398

  • Monthly Fee: $199

  • Commission: $150 per successful referral

  • Annual Fee Option: $2,197 (one-time payment)

    • Commission: $200 per successful referral

• Elite Membership

  • Payment: $10,000

  • Commission: $1,000 per successful referral

A successful referral is defined as a new member who registers and completes payment for their selected membership level in the Financial Education and Empowerment Membership Program.

Affiliate Agreement Terms

Program Application

1. Information Disclosure
   You must provide accurate and truthful information in your application. Empowering The Masses LLC retains full discretion in determining your eligibility for the Program.

2. Communication Consent
   By joining, you agree to receive communications via the email and phone number provided, which may include automated calls, texts, and pre-recorded messages. You can revoke this consent by sending a written request to Support@CreditLady.com.
   

Program Rules

Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination from the Program and forfeiture of any earned commissions:

1. Compliance with Laws
   Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws, including those related to advertising, email marketing (CAN-SPAM Act), and testimonials (FTC guidelines).

2. Disclosure Requirements
   Affiliates must clearly disclose their independent status and must not imply they are employees or agents of The Credit Lady.

3. Non-Disparagement
   Affiliates agree not to make defamatory or negative statements about The Credit Lady or its employees.

4. Social Media Compliance

   • Social media posts must follow platform-specific rules (e.g., using the "Paid Partnership" tool on Instagram).

   • Include #TheCreditLady and #ad prominently.

5. Marketing Claims
   Affiliates may not make misleading or exaggerated claims about potential earnings or services provided by The Credit Lady.

6. General Advertising Rules
   All promotional materials must:

   • Be free of offensive content, malware, or harmful elements.

   • Not falsely represent themselves as the official website of The Credit Lady.

7. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Guidelines
   Affiliates may run paid campaigns as long as they adhere to Google’s guidelines and any other applicable laws.

8. Prohibited Practices

   • No deceptive practices, such as self-referrals, fraudulent activity, or cookie stuffing.

   • Affiliate links must be used as provided, without alteration.

Compensation

1. Affiliate ID
   Upon approval, you will receive a unique Affiliate ID for tracking referrals and sales.

2. Commission Eligibility
   Commissions are earned only if:

   • You maintain an active account with a third-party payment provider.

   • The referred account remains in good standing for at least 45 days.

3. Payouts

   • Commissions are paid monthly on the 15th, according to program terms.

   • Payments are made in U.S. Dollars (USD), and processing fees may apply.

4. Minimum Payout Threshold
   You must accumulate at least $50.00 in commissions before receiving a payout.

5. Tax Documentation
   You may be required to submit tax forms (e.g., W-8, W-9) prior to receiving payments. Failure to provide the necessary documents may result in forfeiture of outstanding commissions.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, including intellectual property rights associated with The Credit Lady’s services, name, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of The Credit Lady unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Agreement.

Affiliates must:

• Use materials provided by The Credit Lady solely for promotional purposes.

• Notify The Credit Lady immediately of any infringement on its intellectual property rights.

Term and Termination

1. Effective Date
   This Agreement becomes effective upon your acceptance or The Credit Lady’s approval of your participation.

2. Termination

   • Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice.

   • The Credit Lady may terminate immediately if terms are breached.

3. Post-Termination

   • Certain provisions, such as indemnity obligations, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution, will remain in effect.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

1. Arbitration
   Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Cook County, Illinois, and will be governed by Texas law.

2. Class Action Waiver
   Both parties agree not to pursue disputes on a class or collective basis.
